For one of my projects I had to do a lot of researches for adult low competition keywords with quite low amount of searches per day – 30-50 and sometimes it was quite hard and time consuming since Free Keyword Tracker list only top 100 searches for broad terms and you need to try some longer keywords manually. However I found this Keyword Discovery seo tool which helped me a lot in my researches since it lists all the possible long tail keywords. The only drawback that it is not so accurate as Keyword Tracker so you should combine both results for success.
